860th anniversary of establishing of the Brno City by Czech King Václav I. granting Royal Privileges (1243)
290th anniversary of the first serious exploration in Moravian Karst (1723)
60th anniversary of the first ICS in Paris (1953)
40th anniversary of the last ICS in the Czech Republic (1973)
